144 Hunt’s ketchup
16 Frozen Banquet meals
23 microwavable mac n cheese
75 cans of pasta
8 packs of pudding
2 Ricola cough drops

I had been planning this trip for a while. I special ordered ketchup and CB because I had coupons that made it all free. I bought 268 items and had 38 transactions (one of which I did at Stop n Shop because I wanted to get the free Ricola). My coupons were 50 cents off any ConAgra products listed which included the Banquet meals and the pudding. I actually had been buying those all month so I didn’t need anymore.
My neighbors have benefited greatly from all this as well. I will be giving away half of the ketchup to my friends and neighbors. I’ll keep 2 cases for myself then the rest will go to the food bank. Same goes for the cans of pasta.
I don’t have an exact total but it was around $530 worth of food for free! It took 45 minutes to check out and the people at my Shaw’s store are amazing!!!
I have never done a trip this large and I doubt I will ever do one this large again. It’s nerve racking. I have no idea how the people on TV keep their cool while watching the register.
