Recipe: PF Chang Fried Green Beans (Yes Please!)

Let me say, that if you have ever been to PF Changs, you NEED to try these.  My wife and I get these and share an entree because they are SO GOOD!!!  We visit PF Changs usually once every three or four months on date night but we NEVER miss Fried Green Beans!  I have not personally tried this recipe, but found it on Pinterest and IMMEDIATELY recognized them!!  For the recipe and details visit Pure & Yummy!

Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken Tenders for the Big Game

Our friend, Angie, at SuccessfulTogether, has fantastic recipes for those counting points with Weight Watchers. In this recipe, she brings us a delicious Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken Tenders to make a quick, easy, and big game food if are still in need of fingers foods!! This will be a hit with the guys to!!!
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken, cut in strips ( cut mine in to eight strips)
3 tbs honey
2 tbs mustard
3 servings (about 48) pretzels, crushed (your amount may need to be varied here)
Preheat oven to 425. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl, combine honey and mustard. Coat chicken in honey mustard, then in pretzel. Bake for 10 minutes, then flip and continue baking for another 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Makes 8 servings @ 3 PointsPlus each
Makes 4 Servings @ 7 PointsPlus each
Makes 3 Servings @ 9 PointsPlus each

Christmas Wreath Appetizer

* Prep: 20 min. Bake: 15 min. + cooling

Ingredients

* 2 tubes (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
* 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup sour cream
* 1 teaspoon dill weed
* 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1-1/2 cups chopped fresh broccoli florets
* 1 cup finely chopped celery
* 1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
* Celery leaves

Directions

* Remove crescent dough from packaging (do not unroll). Cut each tube into eight slices. Arrange in an 11-in. circle on an ungreased 14-in. pizza pan.
* Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes before carefully removing to a serving platter; cool completely.
* In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, dill and garlic powder until smooth. Spread over wreath; top with broccoli, celery and red pepper. Form a bow garnish with celery leaves. Yield: 16 servings.

Brown Sugar Smokies

Brown Sugar Smokies

Ingredients:

1 (16 ounce) package little smokie sausages
1 pound bacon
1 cup brown sugar, or to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 

2. Cut bacon into thirds and wrap each strip around a little sausage. Place the wrapped sausages on wooden skewers, several to a skewer. Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and sprinkle them liberally with brown sugar.

3. Bake until bacon is crisp and the brown sugar melted.

Super Easy Taco Cups

Ingredients:

Tortilla Scoop chips (whole ones)
Refried Beans (I used fat free)
Taco Meat (I used ground turkey)
Taco Seasoning
Sour Cream (I used FF)
Shredded Mexican blend cheese (2% skim)
Sliced Olives (optional)
Avocado (optional)

Take the cups, add refried beans, taco meat, cheese, top with sour cream and then top with an olive or a piece of avocado.
