I am certain that many of you know about Coupons4Cancer - I call lots of the people who get our coupons DOUBLE DONORS and let me tell you why.
FIRST many of you know that one in three people in the U.S. will have cancer according to National Cancer Institute stats. so the donations from these people help US (or one in three of us) - with funds for research toward eradicating cancer!!!
Second - TWO of our MOST GENEROUS donors to ACS then turn over the items they get with the coupons to pet groups. Neither is in a trade group. They take all my FREE pet food coupons -

Some of the coupons she takes go to a local food bank also. And Jeri also donates lots of coupons to me for those who will donate for them to A.C.S. There are others who take food and general items for food bank donations.
Some have donated to A.C.S. for coupons and then donated the items to W.I.C. (Women, Infants and Children). We had a person who made up packets of dental, shaving and other personal items, and candy and gum for servicemen and women returning from overseas as "Welcome Home" packs.
So lots of people have used coupons for the poor, the needy, our servicemen and women, our mothers in need. But the MOST important thing here is that someday they will reap the benefit of their donation of the $4,000 + dollars that donors gave to Coupons4cancer in the 2008-09 year because that went toward some form of research that MAY find a cure for some form of cancer affecting one of us or someone we love.
I hope that with more donations to Coupons4cancer we can someday hear the question "Cancer - - What is that word??" form our children or grandchildren
Thanks to those of you who have helped with your coupons and donations. Our coupons are still available - no time to keep the list up-to-date but the coupons are here.
