Welcome I am from Miami too. No stores double but most stores allow you to stack q's. Once you get the hang of it you will love it. All of the stores you listed allow you to stack except Walmart. Walgreens lets you use 3 coupons you are allowed the MQ along with the ad Q and then also the monthly book so its like using 3 q's on 1 item.
