Gald you are checking with the FD. Sometimes mice can cause problems with chewing on wires or if there is a dead mouse in a heater duct or behind a wall, they can also stink extremely bad. If a mouse chews on wires it can cause a short in the wires and can smolder.

You are not getting any fumes from the nearby fires from other states are you?
