It takes a commitment to really get started, but once you do the skills will carry the rest of your life.
Can you not use free toothpaste, razors, shampoo and deoderant? If you can, then go to the Walgreens and/or CVS forums and learn how to get these things free so you have MORE money to spend on the meat, yogurt and veggies.
HTH!
MOST OF ALL ASK LOTS OF QUESTIONS. There are SO many wonderful users here that will be MORE than happy to help you!
Good luck!
I totally agree! I've saved so much on non-food items and that helps me a lot. I'm even getting stuff for my parents who are both unemployed, and I'm trying to help my aunt out as well. For the food items, our grocery store is reasonably priced so when I have coupons for stuff, it's even better. If not, well I can spend a little more since I saved on other stuff.
