PLUS, my favorite, a totally unexpected refund from Church & Dwight (Arm & Hammer). I emailed them a few weeks ago about A&H Essentials deo that I bought. I was supposed to be unscented, but it smelled like lemon floor cleaner. Nasty!! I signed with my name, but didn't give them my addy. I just wanted them to know about the product. They sent my 2 coupons off A&H products AND a check for $4, to cover the cost of the deo. I was really impressed with that.
