I am at the same point as you. Yes I know he's young-only going to be two next month, but I have to get him potty trained by 2 1/2 so he can go to preschool otherwise he will be almost 4 by the time we can put him in 3 year old preschool. One thing that I've had people swear by is a system/book called 3 day potty training. It's very intense, and some bribs but it works. I have both coworkers and clients that have used it. I plan on trying it this winter when I finally give up, and have 3 straight days to actually enforce it.
