You're supposed to get them when you registered for the Diabetes Wellness program (when they scanned the barcode in the SCR booklet). It's not hard to get if you're enrolled - just explain that you didn't get yours. It is going to be hard to get more than one, since you only GET one when you enroll. That's why you need friends who don't coupon.
