Sounds like you earned the gift cards, had the info on your receipt needed to redeem them, hadn't actually redeemed and rec'd the GC's, but have misplaced the receipt?
CVS customer service should be able to help you. (The phone # is on back of your card.)
BTW, Visa is not one of the cards available in the CVS gift card promotion.
