Some of the older biggest loser dvds are broken down into short segments. That doesn't mean they are easy, its just easier to add a little at a time. I started with "powersculpt". It has a 25 minute workout to start with then you can add the ten minute segments. Cardiomax is another good one. I have lost 90 lbs over 2 years doing these. I like that the people in these videos are still fat instead of the skinny ones you see in the newer videos. Last chance workout is another good one. While your there make sure you pick up a sweat band, your gonna need it!
