i argued this for about 30 minutes one day with the manager who said he considered each transaction a purchase.
that cvs is horrible but it is on my bus route home from work. last time there was a B1G1 wisk deal, the sourpuss cashier snatched the coupons right out of my hand as i tried to use the self checkout and it didn't work.
