If they don't step up the customer service, knowledge of THEIR OWN POLICIES, and resolve consumer issues in a timely manner, they will be gone too! I used to go 2-3 times a week. Since I started couponing in JULY 2011, I go once a month and only for certain items.

I'm proud to be a reason they lost 13% in each of the last 2 quarters!
