Default Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds

We carved our pumpkin today and used some of that really cheap Cinnamon to make Cinnamon pumpkin seeds. We washed the seeds, put them in a bowl and tossed them with oil. Poured a mixture of cinnamon and sugar on top of the seeds, placed on a jelly roll pan that had been sprayed with oil spray. Baked it at 350 for about 20 -25 minutes until the seeds were crunchy.
