I think it will be a YMMV as I know the one closest to me is NOT accepting coupons like that. Heard from Imashopper today or yesterday that the Super Bi-Lo near her are starting to accept competitor coupons.


The RR's are mfg. q's but with that store name on them.... it will be a tough sell at most Bi-Lo's. The ECB's would not scan.
