I think you will do great, I have been debating having a yardsale but it seems to be raining every weekend that I have free. I do not have much of a stockpile because we don't have room to store it, but I do have more than I can use of some things and also have a lot of kids clothes so that is what I will sell.
I think your pricing will be ok so long as it is lower than what you would pay at WalMart.
