Question Marks BOGO Question...
Ok I can't wait to get in on this Herbal Essence deal but I have a question...

How does RA get reimbursed for the deal? Hubby and I were talking about it and wondering how it works when you use a bogo q on a bogo sale? I have enough q's to get around 40 some bottles but wouldn't mind getting more but feel weird about how they get reimbursed.
