The luvs were home mailers about a month back i think. I got 8 Pittsburgh post Gazettes On Sunday(11/15) in my free stack from the gas station and they only have the smartsource inserts in those and always have a ton more coupons than the normal smart source for some reason. Thats where i found these BUT they didnt have the revlon coupons. I guess maybe some regions got them and some didnt... The Benevia coupons that is.
