Replacement and Refund Policies for New York stores
Our goal is to do such a good job providing the finest quality products that you never have to bring anything back. However, the reality is that every now and then, a return is necessary. When that happens, we will gladly replace any unsatisfactory product.
If a refund rather than a replacement is requested:
* An original register receipt, and your Shoppers Club Card please, for items over $5.00. Refund will be given in the same form as payment was made.
* Without a receipt, credit will be given in W Dollars on your Shoppers Club Card at the lowest sale price.
* Without a receipt, refunds over $25.00 will require a Shoppers Club Card plus a driver's license (or equivalent).
* Store Management reserves the right to deny any refund based on their discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds CANNOT be given on gift cards, phone cards, prepaid cards or prepaid passes.
