white bean dip:
1 19-ounce can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, plus more as needed
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree. Taste and see if you like the results. If not, add more of what’s missing. Serve.

So easy and so delicious! I served this with pita chips, carrots and celery but you can serve it with anything and it will be yummmo!

There was a post on wuc where they had the cheese sticks or string cheese and used red bell pepper for the fingernails, would look great on veggie tray for Halloween. Did you see that one?
Sophia rejected? Does that mean we just get deleted if suggestions are not good?
We have to have sausage balls for all of our get togethers all year around.

Dip - I get requests for this anytime we have a potluck and it's simple (by "requests," I mean I'm told...it's popular so they don't bother to ask )
Combine in food processor:
2 cans bean dip (substitute refried beans with a little juice from jalapeno jar if you don't have the dip)
1 packet cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
Process til smooth, transfer to container and top with shredded cheddar
You can either fridge it overnight and serve cold or heat in microwave a couple minutes at a time, stirring in between. If heating, I usually wait til it's warm to top with cheese. Serve with tortilla chips.
