I made my usual weekly trip to Bi-Lo today. It wasn't the best ad week but I did manage to pull off some deals, and I was pretty happy. Anyway, the CSM came over to the quickcheck and took over for awhile, and also showed me her badge. She had two stars on the badge, and she told me that both were from me writing or calling corporate about her customer service. Just last week she had helped me a lot (really great ad for me, LOTS of cpns, and it froze the cash register). She is so patient, and I like to give praise where it is due. Anyway, all this to say, I had no idea that they get stars, etc! Her face was all pink, and she was so happy!

Please do those surveys and let corp know when you like the service you get! We always complain but do we praise???

There is one cashier at my local Bi-Lo who is also a couponer. I just love to get her in line. And the manager is great as well. They actually listen and implemented ideas I have had!

There are so many great cashiers at my bi lo. I thank them everytime I go there and tell their CSM how great they are. I will be sure to let corp. know also

Actually, I think that you are so correct on this. My mother is in her eighties, and just seems to have more and more of a hard time relating to people. So at HER Bi-Lo, everything goes wrong, and it is "personal". It made me feel happy to type in my comments, or to catch the corporate customer service person off-guard by praising instead of complaining, but seeing my CSM's pink face or her stars on her badge, makes it even more worthwhile. AND, I think other couponers will benefit from this in that store!
