Ok I heard from my best friend yesterday and saw on another board also that Food Lion's parent company has made a bid for Bi-Lo. Let's all hope that Bi-Lo finds another solution to their bankruptcy so we don't loose our coupon firiendly store. I know that Food Lion has it's good points but overall Bi-Lo is so much easier in regards to BOGOs and coupon usage.

If FL buys Bilo i just hope they keep the qpon doubles If not Im not sure what Ill do. Bilo is my main groc. store My Ht closed along with my lowes foods. I hardly ever shop at Fl and we have a iga but i hardly shop there. LOL guess i can always try wal-mart Ive never done my groc. shopping there. SOOOOO i pray they atleast keep the double qpons

Well being on the inside of Bilo i can say it doesn't look too good for the stores. I'm pretty sure that Bilo will close some of its' stores........which ones is matter of debate. I hope the company can survive. Not only because of my job but because I love shopping there. If it can shed the debt from the former Bruno stores and restructure its operations it can and will be possible to keep the stores open.
