Brookshires IP rule?
Yesterday I tried to use an IP for over $1 and couldn't. I think I have done this before... cashier asked the assistant manager and she said they accept IPs but only up to $1.00. Rats!
Jennandrob, I bet you can answer this - or anyone else in Shreveport!- what about Kroger?

Wow- that is the first i have heard of that, however, Albertsons won't take IP's over five dollars or for anything "free" Now, i have used IP's at Brookshires before -no problem- BUT i now that i think of it, i don't know that i have used one over a dollar! I am going at lunch today to shop, i will ask the manager i know there.. I'll keep you posted, interesting and thanks for sharing- i hate it when we run into these "speed bumps"...Kroger- i have never had a problem with though...

This is directly from the brookshires website, here is the link to the coupon policy, I would print it and take it with you.

Cool! Thanks so very much. Well, the one I tried to use was for $3.50 - it was the Purina printable - but that's OK I am sending it to another WUC-er who really deserves it!
Thanks again, amber, I'm going to print it and put in in my binder. They told me the limit was $1.00.
