Okay. I bought alot of cottonelle when the .50 coupon came out. I paid around $.15 - $.20 per coupon including shipping. I purchased around 400 of these coupons and then had to pay $.03 in tax at Kroger. (For some reason the coupon cuts into the tax).

Total cost of a single pack of cottonelle was around $.24 including the cost of the coupon.

NOW....I recently realized that people buy Box Tops for Education. I don't have any children yet, so I checked out ebay and saw some for sale. I listed my box tops for sale (225 of them).

Currently the auction is at $30!!!!!!!! Which means each box top is returning around $.13!!!

So the bottom line is that including the price of the coupon, the indivudual packs of cottonelle only cost me around $.11 per package including tax!!!!!!!

Wow I had no idea that people would buy the box tops.

Some schools have contests to see who can bring in the most box tops. Sometimes it might be an individual prize (ipod,gift card,etc,) or a prize for the whole class (pizza party, field trip, etc). Competition is everywhere!

That deserves a WOW....So Maybe you might make enough to take care of the total cost..not bad something to think about..Hey shouldn't we be getting some free cottonelle Qs soon..in one of the inserts..or did they always come with the redplum? Not been here long enough to remember..
