Yesterday I tried to use the Free milk w/ $100 grocery purchase and was told they don't accept coupons for free items. But now that I read in the policy that they accept B1G1 coupons I am a little confused. Shouldn't I have been able to use this since my total was over the $100 (before other coupons) since it is a buy something get something type of coupon . Thanks for any help or your experience w/ this coupon.

Was it an IP coupon? They won't accept free coupons if they are IPs. If it wasn't then they should accept it.

You CAN use this coupon. It is a buy ___ get ___ and those type of ip are available at commissary. So yes, you can get free milk with $100 purchase. I tried it at my store after rereading the coupon policy.

Commissaries may accept Internet coupons. Internet coupons cannot be accepted for free products. Internet coupons must contain a typical barcode and PIN and may also contain a GS1 DataBar or a Dot Scan Barcode below the expiration date. "Buy One Get One Free" coupons are acceptable if they meet all other requirements.

HERE is their coupon policy that is online. I know they will not take free coupons like the FREE dr pepper IP that was out last winter that they mailed to everyone. But this is buy $100 get milk free.

That is weird. I just did shopping at the commisary on thursday and made sure the milk was at the very top of the coupons I handed her. And she had no problem making sure to put the price in it and make sure it was free.

I recently used the BOGO free Sobe Lifewater internet printables with no problems.

I have had people posting on my blog that these are not being taken. I used mine with no problem at the commissary. It would definitely be worth my trouble to ask for a manager on that one.

I agree. Id call a manager or teller on that one.
