Wellness's Dec. monthly email with $3 printable coupon didn't print correctly. I called - seems their Dec. coupon was not working for customers who had the anti-virus program Kaspersky.

I asked if they had any $10 coupons to send and if they could possibly send two - rep said "sure!". Got them 4 days later.
