Happy1 Tums web issue
Just wanted to brag on GlaxoSmithKline for their awesome customer service! A week ago I filled out a survey on the Tums website trying to get a coupon, but the coupon wouldn't print. In the old days (pre-couponing) I would have shrugged it off and said "Oh well!". Unstead, I emailed customer service and let them know that it would not print and asked if they could email me one instead. They responded fairly quickly and asked for my home address to mail the coupon.

I just opened my mail and found :
2 $1.00-any Tums product
2 $6.00 savings booklets with coupons for various porducts including more $1.00-off Tums coupons
(Plus none of the coupons expire until 12/31/13)

Hooray!

Awesome! I just emailed them, hoping to get coupons! My family HATES the refreshers, which is what we always get q's for!

I also had trouble with the tums website coupon... What browser were you using? I was using safari. I have emailed them in hopes that I can get the issue resolved as well. *fingers crossed*
