How often do these items become free in period of 1 year?

Different varieties of shampoo(ex:Garnier Fructise)
Deoderants

I am just trying to plan out my year and i was curious since i am new to this.

I've gotten various types of deodorants free usually every month...or every other month.

Cottonelle is usually every 4 months in my experience

Steamers are new (last year or two)....and have been free (when on sale) almost since I've seen the coupon.

Shampoo and many other health and beauty products are free throughout the year. If you are loyal to a particular brand, when it's free make sure to buy a year's supply of it.

if you aren't too worried about the brand, you will want to buy about a 3-6 month supply when you find them on sale. the longer you coupon, the more you will see a pattern. most stores put the sales on a rotating schedule. It's not always the same brand, but in the same family of products. And if you see a coupon for something, that you normally don't see around, keep it, and there will be a sale for that item

I think I find a free shampoo deal at least once a month. Either free or VERY cheap.

I've never gotten free Cottonelle because I don't have Kroger.

Steamers...Those are only free for me when on sale at Meijer and if the coupon is a dollar. I don't mind paying a quarter though. I used to pay full price after all!

I haven't found much for deoderant. I got some for cheap when I first started clipping, but since then...not much.

Usually when i go to cvs I use my ecb for those items if they have an ecb in return. I am not as good as some of the others on here, but when i get ecb i usually try to stock up on somthing that is on sale, with a Q and ecb combination.I have spent more than others oop at cvs but with the ecb in return i just buy somthing i need or my family needs. Im still in coupon training..

How do you find Cottonelle? The most I find is 50 cents off.

Cottonelle Toilet paper was .99 for 4 roll pack at kroger. the 50 cent Q doubles=free toilet paper. I don't know if the price of the 4 R pack has gone up yet, you will have to check your local kroger.
