Well you combine coupons, sales, store promos, and rewards to get free items with coupons. Alot of times your not getting stuff directly free from a coupon but rather combining that coupon with store rewards or Catalina deals to make it free.

![]() Also, some stores doubles your coupon. This depends on the store and where you live. Just me, Buffie married to my Best friend & Soul-mate and momma to Brigit (aka Briggie or Princess Briggie), my fur-baby Bunnie!![]() ~Co-forum Leader for Walgreens~

there are one or two products, or more, each week that are cheap or free.
For example, this week my Meijers grocery has Smart Balance butter on sale 99 cents. Use a .50/1 coupon for 49 cent butter! Stockpile price. I live in the land of doubles up to 50 cents, so free butter fro me. also this week, Kroger has Steamfresh vegetables $1 each bag. Use .50/2 coupon and score frozen veggie for 50 cents. stock pile price again. Then the Libbys can veggies are $1/2 at Dollar General. Price match at Walmart, use $1/4 coupon and pay .25 cents a can of veggies. Hope this helps. Look for/ google the matchups aka coupon matchups for your favorite stores. ![]() Lucky 2 B A Wuckie! |

I went to Giant the other week with the intention of getting some awesome deals on dog food and treats. I brought my coupon box, and lo and behold Maruchan Yakisoba Noodle packs were on sale for $0.50. This was amazing because I had something like 20 coupons for $0.50 off one Yakisoba product, and because my Giant will double the 1st coupon, I got 21 packages of those noodles FOR FREE. That was a HUGE score for me, and had it not been the end of the week, I would have ordered WAY more from Dede and gotten as many as I could, but I was too late. Become familiar with what your stores sell, too. I frequent Dollar General as well, and when they do their $5/$25 I make out like a bandit. I get $25 worth of product for under $5 a lot of the time. Husband says it's an art ![]() Use these forums as tools, build a healthy supply of qs, and the free items will come. They aren't as frequent for me, honestly. I'm a big one for getting like $200 worth of groceries and spending $50. Sure, I have an out of pocket expense, but seriously? I saved $150? That's awesome! If you have any questions, any of us would be glad to help! Feel free to PM me with anything ![]() |
