Ok, so although I am relatively new to couponing, I have jumped in feet first and I am about waist deep! I purchased a dual-ring, zippered, messenger style coupon binder (LOVE it). It came with the baseball style plastic sheets and pre-printed dividers, but I am already full! I need to purchase more plastic sheets, but what size do you think work better and where can I find them? I think the baseball size are ok, but I definitely need some bigger sizes. I have heard people talk about the ones for photos, etc. But what do ya think? Which do you prefer?
I have even had to go BACK to my small accordian file and put coupons in there (gasp) to handle the overflow! Plus, I picked up more tearpads on my "hunt" today. THEN the trick would be to REMEMBER to get them when I am at the store. ![]() |

The binder method didn't work for me... If you get photo holders though, make sure that the opening is on the inside (next to the rings) not on the outside or at the top.

I use the thicker 4x6 photo pages. i prefer them because I hated having to cut my coupons small enough to fit in the baseball pages. they open on the top so I do have to be careful when my binder is open, but i got the case it zipper binder at staples. it works perfectly for me except its getting really hard to zip up. i may have to divide and conquer by putting hba in a seperate binder, but that seems like a pain when shopping at the grocery store.

I like the baseball card pages because they hold the coupons more securely than the 4x6 ones.

Thank you everyone for your input! I went to WM tonight and got some 4x6 pages to use for now. We'll see if I like them. I do have the baseball ones already so I can compare. I did get some paperclips to clip the ends to keep the Qs in place. I just couldn't wait to find the bb card holders, I have SOOO many Qs to send. (Thanks to RAOK and coupanion! And I do "hunt" for blinkies, tearpads, and get inserts from friends that don't Q - I know, they're crazy)

I bought the 4x6 one's but i didnt like them because when i open my binder they fall out. My MIL gave me some floppy disk holder one's that her work was throwing away. I love love love them but dont know where to find them now. I guess i will have to look harder to find them.

If you couldn't find the baseball card holders at Wal-mart, did you try looking in the baseball card section? In my Wal-Mart, it is near the magazine/book racks. They have the plastic sheets there.

I've tried them all and the 4x6 with openings at the top are what works best for me. I have a zippered binder so never have to worry about them falling out.
Everyone is different - hope you find one that works just right for you! |

( And I vote for the baseball card size. Sure, trimming the coupon is a bit more work, but the binder holds more and I get more coupons per page. ) |

I am going to the binder method also. I plan to use some of my scrapbooking sticker holders. I hope I can still find refills for my scrapbook three ring sticker binder. I used to buy them at JoAnn or Hobby Lobby and maybe Michaels. They come in a variety of sizes on the pockets and they open at the top but have flaps that close the opening. I haven't looked for them in a while though.
Good Luck! |
