I finally finished today! This was suppose to be a Xmas present for the boss, but I wasn't finished and he has been out sick. So, I guess I'm safe.  The border wasn't as good as I wanted it but I was so glad to wrap this thing up.  How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these. ~George Washington Carver

I can crochet very well, but always wanted to make a knit sweater or something like that. Love the details on the deer, so real.

It's crochet, I wish I could knit too but I just can't get the knack of it. So I combined cross stitched patterns into my single crochet. I work with bobbins and change the color according to the cross stitch chart. I try to work with just a few colors because it becomes so over whelming with different bobbins hanging from it. I love to crocet in the winter for the warmth. I'm not working on crafts in Jan as much as my goal is to clean up and organize my crafting supplies. I have a lot that I want to start but it is all in boxes and I just can't find a thing.
