Mine were hanging on one of those linear plastic hangers behind the check out counter. The clerk said they don't normally carry them... HTH!

Mine were hanging from a plastic strip, too, at the front of the pain reliever aisle (one side had Theraflu; the other side was the 8c Excedrin).

In my regular store, they were in the travel section (there are 2 travel sections in this store - one near makeup & one on the other side of the store near the food) - there were tags in both places, but only boxes in one.

At Thanksgiving, they were on an endcap hanging on a strip clip thing.

I checked the pain relieve section in my cvs and like you, the 20ct excedrin was the smallest. So I asked a cashier and she went to the travel section and found them there. Just ask and they"ll help. GL!
