Today I found the specially marked pkgs @ CVS. Paid 3.49 - 0.30 coupon = 3.19. MIR max is 2.99, so 0.20 final cost after MIR.

Where do you find these, exactly. I always look near the pharmacy with all the other lip products but I never see it.

My CVS had them on the long hanger-thinks in many aisles at the end of HBA. You could ask the staff to help you find them. Good luck.
