Tonya I used to live in Johnson City, not far from you. I'm now in Charlotte, NC and we were in the test area too and I agree; I hate it too! I'm calling customer service today to tell them just how much I hate it.

I called CS today and found out I can only talk to them about a store experience/problem Mon thru Fri, so will try again on Mon. Something more learned.
