The coupon is for the large pizzas.

Can I use both my $4/20 CVSq vitamin purchase and my $3 CVSq Centrum on two Centrum vitamins along with 2)$3 mfqs? Centrum is on sale in store for 9.99 x 2 = 19.98 hopefully less all these listed would be $3.50 each?
