For this week's deals 12/6-12, I used my $2/10 CVS coupons that I'd gotten throughout the week. One also printed today, and I'll be saving it for the above Merry Brite items. The one that printed today expires on the 13th (the Sunday of this sale).

There is a printable for the revlon tools on targets site. its a manf. coupon so maybe that would work at cvs even with the big ol bullseye

Has anyone bought these in the past and how do they work? Can you buy them in any increment and use them anywhere - like Walmart?

at my store there are no cards below $25 , you can use them anywhere american express is accepted

I have a $1 off MQ for Bic Soliel 4 count packages (disposable)....I'm not sure where it came from, but it's a thicker paper (like cardstock), and I'm guessing it was in a package of razors or a free sample. (exp 12/31/09)

I also have several $3 off MQ for the Bic Soliel Bella (from a BZZ agent deal). I don't think those match up with the ECB deal this week b/c they are 3 ct packages while the ad is for 4 ct packages. Upromise has an Ecoupon for $4 when you buy 2 BIC Comfort 3®, BIC Comfort 3® Advance®, or BIC® Soleil® Triple Blade Disposables. I thought maybe I could buy one Bella and one that qualifies for ECB, but the Bella is a 4 blade razor, so I would get the $4 However, if any of you wants to buy 2 Soliel's, you can earn the $4 ECB and the $4 Upromise reward(must register your CVS card). It would be about $1 per package minus any coupons if you have any for the disposables.

FYI-on the bows its the larger bows not the minis that will produce the ECB

There is a $1 Revlon Beauty Tool mq. and a $2 Revlon Color Cosmetic mq in the 11/15/09 ss. The $2 still beeps on some of the nail polish. I used it last night and they just pushed it through.
