11/15 What's Cooking?

MMMM SO excited for dinner tonight!

A Variation of this: Sofrito Chicken Stew | Skinnytaste

Except I am also going to add in Linguica and slow roast it all in the oven for a bit after I brown it up and add the sauce. Serve over Spinach and Rice!

Busy night, tutoring and scouts so hot dogs and beans. Dh and I love turkey cheddar bratwurst and kiddos love the all beef ones.

or lunch I am having leftover Wild Rice Soup and Hot Apple Cider. I had leftovers form lunch a few weeks ago and froze it. Just reheated it and its STILL super yummy!
