I agree with Momwalker. Living closer to Monkeystyle would really have some perks! (Like the menu plan each day) I haven't really decided what to make yet-a lot depends on whether we have power or not. It could be a soup night or a cold sandwich night.

Yesterday made pear with pie dough recipe with lard not impressed, so ds request for apple today (which I have homemade filling pulled from freezer) and my recipe with butter works perfect
Might even make him homemade ice cream if I get that far

1 large can skinless salmon (red or pink)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
