We have double packs for a like $2 or so. So kinda cheap, but I am STOCKED on these!! Wish it were for TP!

Anyone have trouble buying these? The first day I was able to purchase 1 roll with no problems. I when today and the cashier was instant Major attitude when I pulled out my Q's. She asked me not to put my bags in the cart because she needed to read my Q's and make sure they matched up. Trying to be nice I said sure no problem. once she got to the Q's she instantly said you can't use these it has to be the ones in the picture. I said no it's the wording it says nothing about count. She said no they've been dealing with it all week and it had to be the one in the picture. She was very snotty about it so I said fine then just take off the paper towels. Then she got to the rest of my Q's
1 Banana Boat 5 Dove Deos 2 Axe 6 Dove face cleanser 4 Hefty 1 JJ first aid 1pitureka game 4 ziplocs and she went ballistic with the attitude telling me it had to be the ones in the picture and not travel. This is when my least favorite Manager came over and started to agree with her. I said no that is not how it works you can hand enter the Q's and you can look it up in your manual if you don't know how to do it. I said that I would be calling corporate because that was not correct. That is when the Manager did a lot of back peddling. the cashier asked her to stay there because she already had to take off the paper towels. She then continued to stand there talking bad about me to the manager. She then asked the manager on every set of Q's that I shouldn't get it because that's not what was in the picture and that wasn't right. At the end I said to her that I was very happy the Manager had stayed but the cashier's attitude was rude and completely unacceptable. I might add I had my DD (15) with me and she hates confrontation and usually shrinks off if there are and Q issues. The cashier continued to be snotty and say Ma'am I just want to do my job and walk away if you will sign I can just walk away. I said is customer service not part of your job. At that point the Manager finished up and the cashier stormed off. I signed and could take it no more. I said I understand if she doesn't know how to enter Q's but she needs to be trained and there is absolutely no reason for her to treat me like I am doing something illegal and all in front of my daughter. At which point my DD spoke up and said by the way she kept throwing up her hands like she was going to hit my mom. I was shocked I hadn't really realized that until my DD pointed it out. I am putting together my thoughts so I can call but want to cool down so I don't explode. And this happened this morning. |

mixett- I would highly suggest calling corporate if the manager just stood there and didn't do anything. That's completely unacceptable behavior, plus it's against their coupon policy. When you call, ask them to send you a copy of their coupon policy so that you don't have any issues the next time you shop there. Also, you can call while you're there too. I did that once and they straightened the cashier and manager out right then and there.

Thanks, I did end up calling last night and had to go through 2 different people but the second guy is supposed to be sending a bunch of store Q's to me. I kind of laughed at this and said hey if they won't take the store Q's I have why would they take those. He told me to stop on the way in and speak to the Manager. I still wanted the PT so I stopped there this morning with my reference # in hand. It was a different manager this morning she took the reference number and called on it. She came back and told me to get the PT and she would speak to the cashier (a different one too) just to make sure there were no problems. I might add that neither the store coupon or the Manu beep when scanned. So I got my PT and out the door I went. I love Target really but the drama of the cashier's is crazy. There is one Manager there that is awesome, she even complimented me on all the deals I got. I wish I knew her hours because I would only shop then.

You should ask her the next time you stop in. I know what you mean though, the drama is a PITA but sometimes it's really worth it.
