ibotta is great, although it limits the stores you can visit. It has some great deals and so far has not excluded the use of coupons, which makes it easier to plan your shopping trips.

mobisave I like, although it has less offers, it pays right away.

Checkout51 is mixed. They've had a lot of restricted deals lately, excluding the use of coupons or requiring that you shop at certain stores. You have to accumulate $20 in rebates before they pay you back, which is frustrating, and you have to wait for them to mail you a check. I usually can manage the 25 cent produce offer each week. I also don't particularly like that they run out of offers which means you are pressured to shop early and to upload receipts immediately. Life is already stressful enough.

Savingstar can be great in helping you double up on coupon savings (although they occasionally have limits, too). They restrict the stores you can shop at, but they do have a handy scanning feature that you can use to check the barcode of a product to see if it qualifies. They have various payout options, including paypal, bank deposit or gift cards. I often find useful deals on there and the linked loyalty cards at CVS mean you don't even have to submit receipts in some cases.

Once in a blue moon I use Shopmium, but it has very few offers, won't allow you to shop at CVS and a host of other stores and forbids coupon use. It's good on the odd occasion that you shop somewhere that doesn't take coupons, but otherwise, it's nearly useless.

Berrycart specializes in oddball "health foods" and rarely has anything I would buy, so it sort of sits on my phone, useless. For a while it had a brand of tofu I buy, so that was nice and some veggie burgers, but now it's all kinds of strange things that are not even easy to find unless you shop at a health food store (I don't know if Whole Foods even has them).

I'd also be interested in hearing of any other apps people use.

The reason I like paypal is you can transfer the funds into your bank account from there, and an increasing number of businesses accept it as a payment source. Paypal is more flexible than having your money sent to a gift card limiting you to a single store. But, if you shop at a particular store all the time, it's logical to have ibotta send your earnings to a gift card you can use there, as it's basically allowing you to recycle the savings.

Yep, and I think you need $25 before they'll let you get a gift card. They've changed a lot from the days where you only needed $5 to cash out.

I use Ibotta, checkout 51, SavingStar, and Receipt Hog. I would say I use SavingStar the least because they have a bunch of things I don't usually buy. Receipt Hog is easy because you just upload your receipt for coins, though they've raised the amount needed to cash out when you accumulate a certain amount of coins. Sometimes I have really good streaks on Checkout 51, and other times, no since as Zippy mentioned, they have restrictions sometimes on the use of coupons. C51 also has the uncanny ability to post rebates for items AFTER I've already bought them and don't need to buy anymore at the time. Unlike Ibotta where receipts for rebates can be uploaded if you bought them within a week of a rebate popping up, C51 is super strict that at 12 AM Thursday morning, you cannot upload receipts for the previous week.

I use Savings star and it's great if you buy yoplait, nature valley and the Tuesday healthy produce pick. I also use Ibotta and C51. Ibotta for me usually means around $0.25 to $0.50 a week and I'm not on a team. Sometimes C51 has some good deals you can do more than one purchase. But offers are a first come, first serve and end Midnight Wednesday night. I do see some offers reset. Hope that helps.
