My fridge has a habit of freezing my almond and soy milk..a little shake and they do just fine. Just make sure you use it within 7 days of opening it.

I always have some frozen in my freezer. I make Krab salad with mayo, chopped boiled eggs, and some Old Bay seasoning. I hollow out a fresh tomatoe from the garden and stuff!! Yummy, yum, yum!!

I use plastic wrap to bundle them in groups of 4. I place the bundles in a ziploc bag. I then can pop out 4 at a time and easily nuke them. The plasic wrap keeps them moist. The "double" layer keeps them from getting freezer burnt. 4 is just the right amount for my kids in the am.

What is the best way (if you can) to freeze eggs? How do they turn out later?

I have never made them myself, but the Aunt Jemima frozen pancakes have directions on the box to reheat in the microwave. They turn out wonderful, just like fresh! I would think to lay them out on cookie sheets to get them at least mostly frozen before stacking them in heavy duty freezer bags or containers for longer term storage....just so you can get them out individually would be best.

Yeah - I flash freeze first, instead of freezing in bundles, then reheat in the toaster, but microwave will work just fine as long as you don't do it too long. I'm just not a fan of microwaves. I actually prefer a lightly toasted pancake more than a fresh one
