apple rings
I had a overage of apples in the house dh thought he would be helpful and buy a new bag
 anyway I made a thicker crepe batter cored and peeled the apples, sliced them and then fried them a little pwd sugar and yumo!!  and Ella  are my

That sounds so yummy! Did you dip the apples in the batter? Thick or thin sliced? Do you have a crepe recipe you can share? :-)

2 large eggs
2 pinches of salt 280 ml milk 160g flour I added a spoonful of sugar also to mine tonight and a little cinn! the flour and milk can be more or less depending on thickness. I made it a little thicker for the apple rings! its gotta be thin for the crepes though beat with whisk so its not lumpy! apples I cut a little thicker slices just don't do them way thin cause they will mush up it doesn't really matter how exact they are  and Ella are my
