Help Help with scenario for coke and cheez its!!!
I was wondering if I can do this... Dillons has coca-cola products (12pks.) 3/$11 and then you get 2 boxes of Cheez-Its FREE! Can I use my Sunshine Cheez-It coupon $1/2 exp. 11/13/11 from RP 9/18/11???
The Cheez-Its are $2.95 a box so I look at it as getting soda for 3/$5 and then if I can use the coupon... That would make it even better! I'm not sure if I can use a coupon on free items that are already part of a promo. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

I used to wrk there, u might be able to try it, I was thinking about it as well. Since we hit total, for the cheez its to come off at the end, and we have to hit total b4 we can scan ur qs. U could try not giving ur plus card until after they scan the q. But just for that q cuz if u have other qs they won't double w/o ur plus card. Hope that helps, good luck!

Sounds like it should work since your combining a store promotion alongside a manufacturer coupon. I dont see what the problem would be at all.

I would talk to a cashier or the manager at your Dillon's first. Make sure that the Cheez-it's won't ring up as zero. IMO though, if you're already getting the Cheez-it's for free, why use the coupon?

Thanks for the help. I was just curious. I have the coupon and I'm not a fan of Cheez-Its but thought it would help save a $1 off my basket total.

Ok... Here's the scoop, q wrked!! But the q wouldn't scan or wouldn't wrked when typed n cuz it has one of those new barcodes on it, so he just put it on thru, so its kinda a ymmv. I did add up tho that when all said and done u actually get the 12 pks for $1.70 ea!!!! So I did 2trans and was able to get 12, 12 pks. Also a little note, deal does not wrk for the 6 pk bottles, was kinda upset about that! So hope that helps everyone!
