I'm a very nice couponer. But I almost just got in a verbal fight with a manager. They won't accept my mfg q from last weeks paper! She said it doesn't have a "scannable" Barcode. I said THAT is a scannable Barodright there! She said if it doesn't scan with our scanner we can't accept it. I was spitting nails mad. WTH is age talking about? I can't find a corporate number for DG from my phone internet. Anyone else have trouble?

My coupons did not scan either, but they did manually put them through. I would call corp on this one since you already talked to the manager. Everyone has a boss and this should be addressed!!

I just talked to support line and they told me I was correct. They said they will contact the manager and verify that they DO need to manually enter the coupons. Thanks for the number!

AprilG just use that support number listed above. They answered me at 8pm on a Friday night when headquarters doesn't answer after 5pm. That support person can tell them. I'm going back to same store tomorrow and getting my Nivea! LOL

My daughter who is 13 was with me. She said mom you wanted to say a bad word didn't you! I said yes. She said next time just tell me to leave. Especially when you are right LOL.

I always thought any store can refuse any coupon if it does not scan, I have been concerned with the new barcodes coming out that more stores for a while will be refusing them for not scanning.
