I head to my nearest Dollar Tree according to Google and lo and behold! Unlike the former Dollar Tree I used to live by everything was not $1 or less. Very strange reminded me of Dollar General, etc. Anyone else come across a place like this? I picked up their circular and would be happy to scan it if anyone is interested.

There are not any like that in my area.

I scanned it but the jpg file is too large that my scanner created. It looks like its a Delaware thing with 5 locations in the state. Bottom corner of circular says "DTD PHILLY WILM" so its possible people in Pennsylvania near Philadelphia will have some of these too.

I have been to a Dollar Tree/Dollar Store and they had things in the store that was more than a $1:
Asian/Indian/Ethnic seasonings
all kinds if different small gifts sold at gift shops, and ect.~crystal boxes, reg boxes like for jewelry, trinkets that lights......

It's two different subsidiaries, under the same parent company. Deals carry things that may cost more than $1. I bought a couple of themed Crayola activity sets for $10.

Deals is what I have in my area, the closest Dollar Tree is about 40 minutes.
