I had an issue with the airwick coupon the other night. They wouldn't take them because it exceeded the value of the item.

I called the 1800 number and never received a reply to my messages. I left a message on facebook and they just said they were working to resolve the matter.

I finally got a reply from Facebook about my messages that I left in like October saying they couldn't find them. Well, I don't use my my complete legal name on Facebook for good reason. I hope they resolve the issue for you. Hopefully, if you left the store number or location they can get that particular store on board.

I had missed it. But I think this coupon policy clarifies those gray issues that some have been encountering... But, if it was changed back in December and people are still having trouble it's a shame

I agree it's a shame. All I can say is if your store is being difficult don't shy away from contacting DT so it can be fixed. There are too many great deals to pass on!

I haven't encountered troubles so far (knock on wood!!!)... But, I'm with you. If at any store they get very rude and unhelpful I contact CS... I try to resolve any problem at the store but sometimes it's impossible... Some people can be very stubborn!
