My dollar tree finally got the hang of coupons. She did a quick verification of the coupons of items and coupons in the beginning. Despite the fact I tried to use expired speedstick coupon on accident, my trip was a total success!!

4 Hefty sandwich bags $4
4 Aquafresh advanced $4
4 Hormel pepperoni $4
4 Red Baron singles $4
2 super-pretzel bites $2
2 Tonys hot pockets $2
1 poptart 3-pack $1
1 loaf of bread $1

Total: $21.33 (should've been $22?)
Coupons:
(2) $1.50/2 Hefty slider bags RP 11/12
(2) $1/2 hormel pepperoni products SS 1/20
(4) .50/1 Red Baron singles product SS 1/20
(1) $1/2 superpretzel item home mailer
(4) $1/1 Aquafresh premium tp from oral care booklet found at Walmart last year

Total after coupons: $9.33

How did they treat $1.50 coupon? My DT person said she can only detect $1 off :-(

I'm sorry! That's not right. She just punched in $1.50 since its off of two items.

^^^^ Yes. Since it's $1.50/2 it's like two .75/1 coupons so it's not over the purchase price. It should be accepted for full value. The only time they should adjust a coupon to $1 is when it's $1.01+/1. DT will not accept coupons that are over the purchase price for multiple items like $2.25/2, $3/2, etc.
