Until we get a legal letter or letter stating otherwise, WUC will not promote using the color cosmetic coupon on hair color. Please refrain from posting about trips using that coupon for hair color until we hear otherwise from Revlon. Thank you for understanding and please understand we know that others have received different responses when calling.
