I'm not "new" to couponing, but have never "scored big" either. Would like advice in that area, if possible. I live in rural Montana, where we have Wal-Mart and an IGA. No real competition between the stores and it's 110-250 miles to the next biggest cities - so no opportunities to shop either. We love it here, but there doesn't seem to be a good way to save big, unless you are lucky enough to have a list that matches the coupons that week. One time I DID save almost $20.00 at Wal-Mart and got a bunch of stuff, but that's the only time I really "scored big." (my total order was $119 so I paid $99.)

I have a few questions for those who have been couponing for a long time. what days do you generally go shopping for deals? do you go on the first day of the add or during the week? Do you do walgreens? if you do walgreens how do you get so many rr? Do you do many trips, I am finding that I pay too much money out of pocket for stuff any tips? and how many coupon inserts and papers are you buying every sunday? is there any other ways you are getting coupons? I get some from a friend who works for the paper but its different every week and never predictable well thanks for the help! :couponlove:
