I took it out and went over my receipt with the cashier to make sure I paid for it. We both spotted the product on the receipt and I placed it in my bag.

About a week later, after finally unpacking a weeks worth of shopping trips I found an extra Dentex in my bag. Again I reviewed my recipet and it showed that I only paid for (1). Last week, I returned it to the store manager and told him that I did not pay for the item and did not want to block my blessing since I get so many great deals at his store. He thanked me and on my way out we had brief conversation about customers service and honesty. To wrap this story up, he thanked me again on my way out and now whenever he sees me in the store he comes out to say Good Morning and tells me if there is something I cannot find to let him know.

I just did not feel comfortable keeping something that I did not pay for. I did this also at CVS once when the cashier did not scan a body wash that was Free after ECB's.
